JOB DESCRIPTION Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements associated with accounts payable management. Control expenditures and payments within timeline Check supporting documents to ensure compliance with internal policies/SOP and tax requirements Process payments through E-invoice portal, entry in S4hana, prepare payments order. Follow up payments until release money to vendors/suppliers Perform bank reconciliations, assist in monthly closing requirements. Prepare aging reports, VAT input declaration, statistics reports. Create and review vendor codes every quarter.…
