About this role

Internship: New Textures & Sensoriality in Hair Care Formulations (6 months; September) Our Global Innovation & Research team is looking for a creative and motivated intern to work on the development of new textures and sensorial experiences in hair care and styling products. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative formulation projects focused on product aesthetics, performance, and consumer experience. Objectives Analyze market trends, raw material innovations and scientific literature to identify innovative texture and sensorial concepts. Develop and evaluate formulations with new textures and sensory profiles. Investigate formulation stability, compatibility, and performance.
