About this role

Khibraty is seeking an experienced consultant to support individual board members seeking reelection in a Saudi closed joint-stock company. The consultant will support individual board members seeking reelection by developing positioning, messages, and communication materials, and by coaching candidates on effective delivery. Scope of work: Review company strategy and financial performance. Develop distinct positioning, key messages, and an electoral program for each candidate. Prepare shareholder presentations, speeches, and concise communication materials. Develop evidence-based responses to difficult questions on performance, accountability, and conflicts of interest.
