About this role

Als Sicherheitsmitarbeiter sind Sie für die Gewährleistung von Sicherheit und Ordnung in einer sensiblen Einrichtung verantwortlich. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf der frühzeitigen Erkennung und professionellen Deeskalation von Konfliktsituationen. Durch Ihr ruhiges, souveränes Auftreten und Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, kritische Situationen zu entschärfen, das Personal zu unterstützen und ein sicheres Umfeld für alle Beteiligten zu gewähren.
