The Leasing Representative is responsible for direct leasing production across an assigned portfolio of shopping centers within the National Leasing Platform. This role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and executing small shop and mid-shop transactions, while supporting broader portfolio leasing objectives under the direction of a Director or Senior Director of Real Estate. The Leasing Representative maintains individual ABR production responsibility and contributes meaningfully to overall portfolio performance. This role requires disciplined pipeline management, proactive prospecting, and strong cross-functional coordination to drive deal velocity.
