The candidate will oversee a property management staff and be accountable for their supervision, training and success. This individual will be accountable for delivering and maintaining best-in-class standards throughout the portfolio, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and directing the operating budgets for the portfolio; including cam, capex and landlord expenses.
