Project Manager - £40m Residential - Dynamic Main Contractor Our client is a long established and highly respected main contractor with operations in the UK and Europe. They have an enviable portfolio of projects across high end residential, hotels, student accommodation and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth they now require a talented and ambitious Project Manager to join their team and take charge of a £40m residential new build in Croydon. The ideal candidate will already possess: A minimum of 12+ years industry experience. Residential project experience. Previous experience as No. 1 Project Manager.
