Job Title: AV Technician - Bangalore Role Summary The AV Technician provides operational support to customers across all aspects of audio-visual, video conferencing, digital signage, and presentation technologies. The position involves a high degree of customer interaction, including working with executive management and senior leaders, to provide high-quality AV support services. Key Duties & Responsibilities All services must be delivered punctually at the scheduled time and in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The AV Technician is expected to arrive in sufficient time before the scheduled meeting setup and remain until the required service is functioning correctly.
