About this role
Responsible for ensuring that a customer sales order progresses successfully from order receipt through shipment and delivery. Ensure customer orders are shipped on time and in full (OTIF) while proactively managing shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery risks. We offer: Job Description: Order Management Monitor open sales orders and customer commitments. Track past-due and at-risk orders. Prioritize critical customer orders and expedites. Maintain promise dates and communicate changes. Material Follow-Up Review shortages impacting customer orders. Coordinate with Purchasing and Sourcing on late materials.
