The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for leading all shipping operations to ensure the safe, accurate, and on-time delivery of finished goods to customers and distribution centers. This role supervises daily shipping activities, coordinates with Production, Planning, Customer Service, Transportation, and Warehouse teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, excellent follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
