About this role
Dematic is looking for a Solution Development Engineer to create safe, competitive, and customer-centered solutions in two main areas: Lifecycle Solutions and Services contracts, and Modernizations & Upgrades projects. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, engineering teams, and subject matter experts. It assesses customer needs, prepares scopes and cost estimates, leads cross-functional proposal teams, and ensures timely delivery of accurate proposals. The Solution Development Engineer may present suggested solutions to Dematic management, Sales, and customers, and helps ensure a smooth transition to Operations after project award.…
