Job Description Summary: The Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) supports the Nail Business division‑level Go‑To‑Market execution by managing promotional off-shelf display programs, trade marketing activities, and retailer‑level in‑store execution. This role is responsible for managing GTM timelines, execution readiness, retailer‑specific deliverables, and in‑store activation in partnership with Sales, Brand Marketing, and cross‑functional teams. This role is accountable for end-to-end GTM execution planning, timelines, and execution readiness across retailers, serving as the primary execution interface for Sales. The Manager partners closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and cross functional teams to ensure integrated planning, on time launches, and consistent, high quality retailer execution.…
