ABOUT THE ROLE Location: Malibu store Status: Full Time Compensation: $22.00-$25.00/hr Position Summary: The Kith Operations Lead is the right hand to the Operations Manager. Supervises merchandise handling process. Supervises and provides training for the daily activities of all stock associates in partnership with the Operations Manager. Maintains an organized stockroom. Oversees replenishment process and provides leadership team with feedback regarding staff performance and inventory need to know. Manages shipping and receiving of in store merchandise and communicates with Warehouse and HQ teams. Point person for back-of-house matters when Operations Manager is unavailable.
