ABOUT THE ROLE Location: Soho Men's store Status: Full Time Compensation: $60,000-$65,000/yr Position Summary: The Kith- Treats Shop Manager plans and oversees the daily operations of their assigned Treats shop. Consistently lead and manage a team of Counter Associates to improve customer service, by ensuring the customer’s needs are met and any complaints are resolved in a timely manner. The Shop Manager will be expected to maintain a high standard in their shop by focusing on team training & development, operational efficiencies and maximizing sales and profitability.
