Our primary business is the acquisition, renovation, and operation of multifamily apartment communities in select high growth markets. We are a high-growth company: in 6 years we have acquired 12,000 apartment homes worth nearly $800M, executed more than 100 real estate transactions, and grown our combined investment-operating team to more than 200 teammates.
