Du baust mit uns eigenständig neue Prozesse in Personio auf – von der Konzeption bis zur praktischen Umsetzung Du entwickelst neue Workflows in Bereichen wie Recruiting, Personaladministration und Onboarding und bildest sie in Personio ab Du unterstützt bei der strukturierten Pflege und Aufbereitung unserer Mitarbeiterdaten Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns neue Lösungen Du unterstützt uns beim Einsatz von KI und neuen Tools im HR-Alltag Und weil HR bei uns mehr ist als Personio, bekommst Du auch Einblicke in Themen wie Employer Branding und interne Kommunikation Was solltest Du mitbringen?
