About this role

About The Scrum Master (SM) is responsible to oversee the scrum and development team. The SM is knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum and able to educate others. He / She also act as a buffer between the scrum team and product owner and maintain a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution. Scrum Master is responsible for the facilitating scrum practices in the planning and execution of projects for the team. The Scum Master is expected to be a coach and facilitator for IT teams. The work will include coaching team members, proactively eliminating barriers, and facilitating team delivery on sprint goals. This position works closely with product management, the development team, the CIO, Software Delivery Manager and Quality Assurance Manager.…
