As we continue to scale internationally, we are seeking a pragmatic, commercially minded Legal Counsel to join us. This role will serve as a vital business partner, driving our commercial deals and safeguarding our global operations. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial agreements, regulatory matters, and corporate governance issues. Lead and manage relationships with external legal advisers and regulators. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across key markets including Hong Kong and the UK.
