Kody is an innovative fintech company expanding rapidly across multiple jurisdictions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel / Legal Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic legal advice, manage regulatory compliance, and support the company’s growth initiatives by mitigating legal risks. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial agreements, regulatory matters, and corporate governance issues. Lead and manage relationships with external legal advisers and regulators. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across key markets including Hong Kong and the UK.
