Job Overview: Full time | Monday - Friday 5:30a-2p | Dover, DE Under the supervision of the Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries is responsible for providing evidence-based, integrated treatment to our patients. The NP assesses, diagnoses and provides continuity care for patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for providing integrated behavioral health services to patients both virtually and in person. Assess, diagnose, and treat adult patients with co-occurring SUD and Mental Health disorders. Establishes medical diagnoses based on history, assessment, and diagnostic findings.…
