Job Overview We are seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations within our chain plant supporting underground mining equipment. This position is responsible for safely leading hourly employees while driving quality, productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery to meet production and customer requirements. The supervisor will plan staffing and work schedules, develop employees, monitor production performance, and partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Production Control, Maintenance, EHS, and Human Resources. This role is ideal for a manufacturing leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, developing teams, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement in a demanding production environment.…
