About this role

You will assist with the quoting, delivery, and customer communication relating to works carried out by our field-based inspectors and engineers and subcontractors across the country. · Assist with day-to-day tasks relating to providing our customer quotes following inspections by Kompan engineers as well as maintenance query support directly from our customers. This will include regular preparation for customer calls and reports. · Support in quoting for repair and refurbishment work carried out by our field-based engineers, following inspection visits and general enquiries. This will also require engagement with our subcontractor network to obtain quotes to support our own quote process. · To assist the accounts team with any invoice issues linked to the inspection and maintenance work.…
