About Het adviseren over de inrichting van een toekomstbestendige financiële functie en performance management bij organisaties binnen de financiële sector. Het leiden van complexe projecten binnen het CFO-domein, waarbij je zowel de inhoud als het proces bewaakt en consultants aanstuurt, coacht en helpt zich verder te ontwikkelen. Het (her)inrichten en optimaliseren van de financiële functie, van target operating models en processen tot data, governance en technologie. Het verbeteren van financiële sturing en managementinformatie, met thema’s zoals cost and profitability management, planning, budgeting & forecasting, Record-to-Report en ESG reporting. Het bijdragen aan de acquisitie van nieuwe projecten en business development door commerciële kansen te identificeren.…
