About Wij zijn een unieke afdeling binnen de organisatie: de Hubs. Ons team werkt voor 80% vanuit huis, waardoor flexibiliteit en zelfstandigheid centraal staan. Twee keer per maand ontmoeten we elkaar op kantoor om samen te werken, ideeën uit te wisselen en de verbinding met elkaar op te zoeken. Onze Hubs zijn verspreid over de regio’s Noord- en Midden-Nederland, op de kantoren in Amersfoort, Rotterdam, Groningen en Apeldoorn. Omdat we elkaar voornamelijk online zien, hechten we veel waarde aan verbinding. Die verbinding creëren we dagelijks in onze onlineteams omgeving en tijdens de fysieke teamdagen.
