Job Description 1. Job Purpose To lead loss elimination and process capability improvement in a designated area by driving the KHMS Zero Loss journey, owning the Centreline DMS system, developing control strategies, and building frontline problemsolving capability through coaching and technical leadership. 2. Key Responsibilities Loss Elimination & Problem Solving • Identify, prioritize, and eliminate chronic and sporadic losses using KHMS and reliability tools. • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Universal Problem Solving (UPS) for critical issues. • Maintain structured loss analysis routines with regular updates to the CI action pipeline.
