KRAFTON AI Research 본부는 모델 개발에 필요한 GPU 인프라를 구축하고, Kubernetes 및 Slurm 기반의 AI 플랫폼을 개발·운영합니다. GPU 클러스터 구축·운영을 비롯해 모델 학습 및 실험 환경, ML 파이프라인, 인프라 자동화, 관측성 체계를 종합적으로 다루며, 게임 제작과 서비스에 필요한 AI 워크로드가 안정적이고 효율적으로 실행될 수 있는 환경을 만들어가고 있습니다. 이번 포지션은 이미 구축된 대규모의 GPU 인프라를 운영하고 고도화하는 동시에, 향후 확장될 인프라의 구조를 설계하고 연구·개발·서비스 조직이 이를 안정적이고 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 발전시키는 실무형 시니어 엔지니어 역할입니다. 또한 실무 경험과 기술적 인사이트를 바탕으로 향후 컴퓨팅 인프라 확장 방향에 대한 기술적 검토 및 제안하며, KRAFTON의 GPU 및 컴퓨팅 운영 전략을 제안하고 실행하는 데 참여합니다. 우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다.…
