Do you want to shape the people agenda together with senior business leaders and turn strategy into action? As HR Business Partner at Kramp , you are the trusted people partner to a VP and their Management Team. You combine strong business understanding with broad HR expertise to help shape and deliver the people and organization agenda. This is a truly end-to-end HR Business Partner role : from strategic organization and talent topics to complex employee relations and day-to-day support for managers. You own the HR topic and ensure it moves from question to resolution. What will you do?
