About this role

Position Summary : As the Frame Operations Production Supervisor , you will be the driving force behind our frame cutting, assembly and woodworking operations. You will oversee the production process, ensuring that our furniture is crafted safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a "hands-on" leadership role requiring a blend of technical and mechanical expertise, rigorous safety management, and the ability to mentor a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.
