About this role

The Opportunity: The Regional Furniture Sales Support Representative manages quotes, orders, and follow-up for assigned regional road and showroom sellers. Acting as the primary contact for Kravet sellers this role ensures a seamless process from quote to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the single point of contact for assigned regional sellers regarding quotes, orders, status updates. Enter and manage quotes and orders through multiple systems in a timely, accurate manner. Follow and adhere to updated Furniture Customer Service and Regional Sales Support processes and procedures, particularly around communication with sellers. Liaise with internal and external teams (Furniture Claims, Credit, Factories, and Purchasing) to provide timely responses.…
