As a Scientist II – Reagent Process Development , you will play a key role in developing and optimizing molecular biology reagents that support IDEXX’s growing diagnostic portfolio for companion animal care. Working within a technically focused R&D team, you will design and execute laboratory experiments, analyze complex data, and contribute to the development, validation, and transfer of innovative molecular diagnostic reagents into manufacturing. You will leverage your expertise in molecular biology, biochemistry, and reagent development to improve assay performance, reagent stability, and manufacturability while collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality diagnostic solutions.…
