🚀 Buscamos un Analista de Soporte TI – Nivel 2 ¿Te apasiona resolver problemas tecnológicos y encontrar la causa detrás de cada incidente? 🔎💻 Buscamos una persona con pensamiento analítico, autonomía y orientación al servicio, capaz de brindar soporte especializado y mantener la continuidad operativa de nuestros servicios tecnológicos. En este rol tendrás el reto de diagnosticar y resolver incidentes relacionados con redes, Active Directory, firewalls, Windows, conectividad, accesos e infraestructura TI , además de participar en iniciativas de mejora y seguridad tecnológica. 🎯 ¿Qué buscamos? • Formación en Sistemas, TI, Redes, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines. • 2–3 años de experiencia en soporte TI, infraestructura o posiciones similares.…
