En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Gerente de Proyecto para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales en Ciudad de Panamá. Tus principales desafíos: Planificar, controlar y optimizar el alcance, cronograma, presupuesto y matriz de riesgos en proyectos tecnológicos e interoperabilidad de alta complejidad. Facilitar ceremonias ágiles (Scrum) y alinear la coordinación operativa con 12 instituciones externas de manera simultánea. Liderar la interlocución ejecutiva con el cliente mediante reuniones semanales, minutas formales e informes de estado de alto impacto.…
