About this role
The Manager will be the primary custodian of high-value, engineered-to-order (ETO) pump projects. Lead a team of Project Managers to ensure that complex pump packages are designed, manufactured, tested, and delivered on time, within budget. Manage the full project P&L, ensuring the post order margin exceeds the pre-order margin. Serve as the lead negotiator for contract disputes, liquidated damage claims, and force majeure events. Act as the pivot between Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and the Shop Floor to resolve bottlenecks in manufacturing , Engineering, Procurement , Quality Management etc. Proactively identify long-lead item risks (e.g., specialized alloy castings, high-voltage motors) and develop mitigation strategies.…
