Individual Responsibility : 1) Responsible for Profitability of Sinnar Division - P&L statement, Variance analysis , Pump type profitability analysis, pay back calculations, Tender Quotations , Pricing, MIS, Project work. 2) Controlling Sinnar - Preparation of budget and comparison of actual with budget. Monthly review with plant head of cost center-wise expenses, Plant performance, profitability of Sinnar. 3) Controlling 22 warehouses -co-ordinating with Manager Warehouse operation for Controlling aspects – Installation of system & monitor- inventory , failure cost , Invoicing , C&F agents contract maintenance, payments to C&F agents.…
