About this role

Our finance team is looking for an experienced colleague to tackle the finances behind our business development initiatives and investments. The role implies: · Regular support for key Company projects, incl. buy-side and sell-side M&A activities, legal entity carve-outs, new product/technology launches, and strategic partnerships. · Delivering insights for CFO and CEO decision making · Development and performance analysis of strategic projects. · Supervising project calculations, estimating the project’s relevance to the Company’s investment strategy · Financial modeling, valuation analyses, tax structuring, financing structuring…
