About this role

As a Technical Coach, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes that give every learner the knowledge, support and guidance they need to succeed. Working closely with the Head of Training, you'll deliver engaging learning experiences, develop curriculum content and ensure every stage of the learner journey is delivered to the highest standard. This is a varied role that combines coaching, training delivery, curriculum development and learner support. You'll manage your own caseload of apprentices, delivering training, workshops and progress reviews while ensuring learners remain on track and receive the support they need throughout their apprenticeship.…
