*SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE* La Vita Bella Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you will evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence in daily living activities. You will provide skilled therapeutic interventions focused on self-care, home safety, upper extremity function, cognition, and adaptive strategies.
