Associate Director - Enterprise Transformation Office (Merger, Acquisition and Divesture)

The primary purpose of this role is to drive organization readiness and value realization by making strategic and hands-on contributions to the Integration Management Office (IMO) during mergers, acquisitions, integrations, carve-outs, and separation initiatives. The role is focused on ensuring seamless business continuity, accelerating integration outcomes, and enabling the successful transition to the target operating model.
