About this role

DEPARTMENT: Business Insights, Performance (BIP), BPOS Reporting to BIP Lead JOB PURPOSE: BI specialist supports commercial decision-making through business performance analysis, reporting and sales force effectiveness support. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing and Business Units to analyze commercial performance, maintain dashboards and reporting, and support key SFE activities such as customer segmentation and targeting, field performance monitoring, sales incentive analysis and territory-related analytics.
