About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join GSK's EMEA Compensation & Benefits team and contribute to the delivery of Compensation & Benefits processes across multiple markets. In this role, you will work closely with Compensation and Benefits Managers, HR teams and other stakeholders, supporting key reward processes, providing data-driven insights and helping ensure strong governance, data quality and effective delivery across Compensation & Benefits. The role combines Compensation and Benefits responsibilities and offers broad exposure to reward processes in an international environment.
