Employee Life Cycle Specialist (French speaking)

The Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Specialist delivers accurate, timely and customer-focused employee lifecycle services within a global, process-aligned operating model. The role may support employees, managers and HR stakeholders across multiple markets within one or more end-to-end process areas (i.e. Hires & Job changes, Leavers, Time and Absence, and Global Employee Data and Support). The ELC Specialist manages employee lifecycle transactions and enquiries, applies global standards and relevant local requirements, protects employee data, and works across teams to provide a consistent and seamless service experience.
