Non Lactam Liquid Shift Supervisor

Job Purpose The Production Supervisor holds overall responsibility for the correct and efficient operation of the production line during his shift. His main function is to meet set production targets with highest quality and highest practicable efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Ensure safety requirements are fulfilled within his Shift Ensure the discipline of the team to Safety instructions. Encourage safe Behaviors are done during his shift and speak up if not.
