About this role

The Attach and Train Programme (AnT) is a structured talent development programme designed to build a pipeline of skilled professionals for Singapore’s advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry, supporting both current and future workforce needs. As a trainee, you will go through a 15-month structured on-the-job training programme with GSK, gaining hands-on experience, industry-relevant skills, and mentorship from experienced professionals in a world-leading biopharmaceutical environment.
