About this role
The LA Clippers are looking to hire a Experimentation Analytics Lead who will be the methodological backbone of how we test, learn, and optimize across fan engagement, ticketing, and revenue programs. This role owns the design, analysis, and governance of experiments that drive business decisions — from holdout strategy and power analysis to attribution methodology and the translation of results into stakeholder-ready recommendations. Working horizontally across lines of business, the Experimentation Analytics Lead partners with Fan Lifecycle, Ticketing, and Marketing teams to ensure that what we measure is what we intend to measure — and that the conclusions we draw are statistically and strategically sound.…
