Full-Cycle Recruiter — U.S. Skilled Trades & Home Services Location: Remote — Philippines Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST Starting Compensation: Hourly rate - $6 - $9 USD ( Up to$1,280 USD per month) About the Role Most recruiting jobs involve posting jobs, forwarding resumes, and waiting for hiring managers to make decisions. This is not that role. We support plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, and home service companies across the United States. Our clients depend on effective recruiting to keep their businesses operating and growing. We are looking for experienced, proactive Full-Cycle Recruiters who can independently manage multiple client accounts and hiring pipelines, identify recruiting bottlenecks, communicate confidently with clients, and drive hiring outcomes.…
