Dental Director

Position Summary: Serve as the organization’s chief dental officer (CDO) providing leadership and direction for dental services and clinical quality consistent with organizational goals and strategies. Responsibilities include working with the Dental Clinic Manager on dental service and program development; setting clinical standards/guidelines and quality metrics; developing collaborative referral and consultative care, and championing clinical performance improvement. Works with the CEO and Manager of QI, Compliance and Risk to fully implement the risk management plan and participates in risk management-related activities.
