he Rural Health Transformation Program Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, coordination, and successful execution of large-scale strategic initiatives funded through the Rural Health Transformation Program and other organizational investments. Working closely with the CEO, senior leadership, program managers, finance, clinical leaders, and external partners, this position ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with grant requirements while achieving intended outcomes.
