Voor onze locatie in Bergen op Zoom zijn wij op zoek naar: Line Supervisor (5-ploegendienst) Als Line Supervisor bij Lamb Weston EMEA speel jij een sleutelrol in het realiseren van onze geplande aardappelproductie — veilig, efficiënt én volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat productieprocessen soepel verlopen, met oog voor rendement, (voedsel)veiligheid, milieu en het naleven van wet- en regelgeving. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt snel bij verstoringen in het productieproces, denkt mee over technische uitdagingen en vindt praktische oplossingen. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met verschillende afdelingen, zoals Productie (Verpakking, Logistiek, Facilities), Planning en de Technische Dienst.
