About Pharmaceutical Company. Facilities Engineer with primarily responsibility for the planning and implementing a strategy aimed at maintain and improving the Lancaster GMP facility infrastructure. Focus on preparing and owning the site multi-year infrastructure plan, capital and expense projects, developing investment business cases, preparing scopes of work, leading project design teams, interfacing with internal customers to develop conceptual plans/designs and user requirements, partnering with site business leaders in identifying key infrastructure initiatives related to: regulatory compliance, energy management, utility systems, building structures, security infrastructure, grounds, building automation systems, etc.…
