About the role Als Praktikant*in im Bereich People & Culture / Recruiting bist du an vorderster Front dabei, unsere Unternehmenskultur zu gestalten und die Entwicklung unseres Teams voranzutreiben. Du erhältst tiefe Einblicke und übernimmst echte Verantwortung, mit einem klaren Fokus auf Talent Acquisition und Recruiting. Gleichzeitig bringst du dich aktiv ein, wenn es darum geht, unsere Prozesse smarter und effizienter zu machen. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit unserer People & Culture Lead sowie unserer Junior People Operations Managerin zusammen und bringst deine eigenen Ideen von Tag eins an ein. Wir suchen dich ab September .
